Taka Baji Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guidelines

Taka Baji (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "the service") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all services, websites, and mobile applications operated by Taka Baji.

Taka Baji may request a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification at any time. Failure to verify may result in temporary account suspension.

The following policies apply to all financial transactions on Taka Baji:

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳50
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳300
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved channels
• All transactions must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name
• Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited

To make a withdrawal, identity verification must first be completed. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be delayed or placed on hold.

Taka Baji maintains a strict stance against money laundering. We reserve the right to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on Taka Baji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cashout option is available)
• In the event of a system failure or network issue during bet placement, the platform's decision shall be final
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• If any irregularity or fraud in match results is proven, Taka Baji reserves the right to void the relevant bets
• Maximum payout limits may vary depending on the market

During live betting, odds changes and temporary market suspensions are normal and remain within Taka Baji's control. Taka Baji is not responsible for any missed bets resulting from internet connectivity issues.

All bonus offers on Taka Baji are subject to the following general terms and conditions:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Taka Baji platform:

• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities for risk-free profit
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Software Abuse: Placing bets using bots, automation tools, or scripts
• Hacking Attempts: Any attempt to breach the security of the platform
• Minors: Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a person under 18 years of age
• Fake Identity: Registering using another person's identity

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be immediately terminated, the balance forfeited, and legal action taken where applicable.

Taka Baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected
• If it is established that false or misleading information has been provided

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any valid balance will be eligible for withdrawal (provided there are no ongoing disputes).
